What is the role

The Medical Services Lead will be responsible for delivering best in class medical provision for the women's and girl's programme. You will lead the day-to-day running of the medical team and support the delivery of physiotherapy services to the women's first team, which could include training days and match days. You will also provide leadership of medical support services to the W&G programme including direct line management of medical staff, ensuring medical objectives are met and effective delivery is evident.

Am I right for this role

Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional management and leadership skills, demonstrating a strong ability to make evidence-based decisions and think critically. You must also have extensive senior physiotherapy experience of working with elite athletes in a team sports environment. The successful candidate must hold the following qualifications:

- MSc Sports Physiotherapy / Sports & Exercise Medicine - or equivalent

- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy

- Chartered Society of Physiotherapy

- Valid FA Safeguarding Workshop Certificate or be willing to undertake

- Valid FA ATTMIF Emergency trauma qualification
