  • Manage ER cases, advise leaders on HR policies and employment law, and support disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Oversee recruitment, prepare offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Manage payroll for 60 employees, monitor absences, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Build effective relationships across the business and with external partners.
Essential:
  • Generalist HR Advisor experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Payroll management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, solution-focused attitude.
Desirable:
  • Familiarity with HiBob and/or Payfit.
  • Experience in manufacturing.
