- Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Order Management: Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Quotation & Sales Support: Prepare compelling quotations and follow up on sales enquiries to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Brand Development: Collaborate with the team to implement innovative sales and marketing strategies, including new product launches and marketing campaigns.
