This is a broad role, incorporating the oversight and support of IT systems and some software development/scripting. The possibilities and opportunities here are endless and we are seeking someone with the skills highlighted, who is looking to make this role their own. Key Responsibilities: Business Systems Analysis & Support:

Support and administer business systems.
Engage with end users to understand processes and create requirement specifications for improvements.
Analyse requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to improve operations and customer interactions.

Custom Development & Integration:

Develop and maintain custom software solutions.
Write and maintain Azure Logic Apps and code in C#, Python, and JavaScript to integrate systems and automate processes.
Support the development of the company website (Umbraco).

IT Infrastructure Management

Assist in managing the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, VMWare, networking, backups, and cloud services (Azure/Office 365).
Ensure data security and continuity with regular backups (Veeam) and disaster recovery planning.

Key Requirements:

C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating systems.
Web development
IT infrastructure and systems, including servers, networking, cloud services, and data security practices.
Ability to analyse business processes and identify technology-based improvements.
