We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Scout Store based in Lancing, West Sussex.

 Job Title: Operations Administrator (Distribution)

 Salary: £23,280 per annum (Band B, Level 3)

 Location:   Lancing, West Sussex.

 Contract Type: Permanent

 Working Hours: 35

The Role: We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful individual to manage our £2 million stock holding. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to take charge of your workload and the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of departments. You’ll be the key link in ensuring all incoming stock is prepared and ready for our customers, playing a vital part in meeting challenges head-on and driving our projects forward.

As the Operations Administrator, your key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate completion of Goods In (Warehouse)
  • Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note
  • Investigate stock discrepancies inform relevant colleagues and amend stock accordingly
  • Process cross docked special orders
  • Completion of Goods In nonconformance reports
  • Releasing of orders

What we are looking for in our Operations Administrator:

  • Experience of warehousing and stock control within a retail or high-profile commercial organisation.
  • Warehousing and production management skills
  • Proven experience within a Warehouse Administrator role
  • Experience in stock management or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
