This is a great job for someone with strong logistics and administrative skills with experience of working with couriers, arranging shipments, some warehouse duties and general logistics administration.

As the Logistics Administrator, you will be:

  • Organising the shipment of parcels and pallets, ensuring all necessary paperwork is correct and included with the goods.
  • Liaising with customs to resolve any potential export issues.
  • Negotiating with several couriers to ensure competitive shipping prices.
  • Processing and storing of all relevant shipment documentation.

As a varied, interesting job, primarily supporting the Warehouse Manager in this small, very friendly company, where everyone helps out, there could be the need for using your hands on skills in busy times, to help with:

  • Picking and packing of stock.
  • Listing eBay products and processing orders received as well as
  • Assisting with shipments being sent to Amazon, this will include creating necessary paperwork and printing labels for products.
  • Assist with returns received by Amazon, recording orders returned, and liaising with suppliers with any items that need to be returned.
  • Liaising with each department within the warehouse to ensure all tasks are on schedule and assist when necessary.

To be considered, you will have relevant experience, be committed, reliable, self motivated, willing to help where needed, with great team skills, as well as having used Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and be able to learn bespoke systems.

Working hours are (Apply online only), holiday entitlement is 20 days plus Bank Holidays.
