If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!JGA are seeking a Office Administrator to join s well known business within West Sussex , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing office systems. You will liaise closely with production supervisors, planners, and tool room staff to ensure smooth operations, timely job completion, and outstanding customer communication.Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer orders , acknowledging enquiries the same day.
  •  Coordinate with production supervisors and planners to ensure jobs are completed on time and update customers on schedule changes.
  • Process invoices, credit notes, and timesheets while assisting with costing jobs.
  • Provide regular updates to customers, including weekly calls with key accounts.
  • Work with third-party contractors to ensure timeline adherence and communicate work completion dates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate filing, distribute post, and support additional administrative tasks during busy periods.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
