- Accurately process customer orders , acknowledging enquiries the same day.
- Â Coordinate with production supervisors and planners to ensure jobs are completed on time and update customers on schedule changes.
- Process invoices, credit notes, and timesheets while assisting with costing jobs.
- Provide regular updates to customers, including weekly calls with key accounts.
- Work with third-party contractors to ensure timeline adherence and communicate work completion dates to customers.
- Maintain accurate filing, distribute post, and support additional administrative tasks during busy periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a confident telephone manner.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
