JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a HR/Payroll Advisor to its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ER cases, advise leaders on HR policies and employment law, and support disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Oversee recruitment, prepare offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Manage payroll for 60 employees, monitor absences, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Build effective relationships across the business and with external partners.
- Generalist HR Advisor experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Payroll management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with HiBob and/or Payfit.
- Experience in manufacturing.
