We're seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join a leading independent estate agency on the South Coast, operating across Worthing to Brighton. Known for exceptional customer service, this agency has been a trusted name in residential property sales for over 40 years, with a thriving business and multiple offices across the region.

This role is ideal for a seasoned sales negotiator ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values ambition, client focus, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and applicants to understand their needs and drive successful transactions.
  • Viewings: Proactively schedule and attend property viewings, showcasing a portfolio of quality homes to prospective buyers.
  • Sales Management: Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with the Branch Manager to implement effective marketing and sales strategies aimed at growing market share.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced: With at least 12 months of estate agency experience and a proven sales track record.
  • Customer-Centric: A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Driven: Goal-oriented with a "can do" attitude and a competitive edge.
  • Professional: Holds a clean driving license and consistently demonstrates integrity and professionalism.
