We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to play a key role in the Women's Football Recruitment team. In this role, you will contribute to identifying top talent for our first team and academy, including investment players. Your responsibilities will include attending a variety of matches, such as professional club games and producing comprehensive scouting and player reports aligned with the Club's protocols and standards.

As part of our team, you'll participate in in-house meetings and training sessions, ensuring you remain informed about the WSL and Pro Game Academy guidelines and developments.

Your scouting background

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the football industry, coupled with proven experience in scouting and recruitment. A solid grasp of the Women's Super League (WSL) and Pro Game Academy requirements is essential.

You must hold an FA Talent ID Level 2 or equivalent industry relevant qualifications.
