Damp and Mould Surveyor
Location: Worthing
Monday - Friday, Full Time
Working for a local authority this is initially a contract role that will be going permanent in the future.
My client is currently seeking an experienced Damp and Mould Surveyor to carry out inspections on residential properties. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with contractors and advise on what work is required to ensure the properties are brought up to the required standard.
The following are essential requirements:
- Previous Damp and Mould Surveying experience
- Full UK Driving License
Experience of working within the social housing/ local authority sector would be a benefit.
