Lead the performance support for the women and girl’s academy programme

You will be responsible for overseeing performance diagnostics, including physical testing, load monitoring, and strength profiling, while effectively reporting data to relevant stakeholders.

Additionally, you will implement a long-term athletic development plan tailored for female athletes to enhance our girls’ academy. We seek an enthusiastic team player to contribute actively to the multidisciplinary team (MDT), assisting in the planning, delivery, and periodic review of football-specific sessions aligned with the club's philosophy.

About you

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic coach dedicated to the development of female athletes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a gym-based environment and a strong understanding of female health in an athletic context.

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree specialising in Strength and Conditioning or a related field

- UKSCA accreditation (or be obtained within first year of employment)

- FA Emergency First Aid qualification

- FA Safeguarding Children certification
