- Process rent refunds: calculate refunds, send claims, and handle refund requests.
- Maintain efficient rent administration systems, ensuring smooth rent-related operations.
- Strong numeracy and data management capabilities.
- Excellent planning, organising, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft and Google tools.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- A team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Confidentiality and a customer-friendly approach.
- Experience in housing finance, direct debit management, and welfare benefits.
- Knowledge of housing management systems, such as Orchard (MRI).
