Housing Revenue Support Officer Position: Housing Revenue Support OfficerLocation: AdurHourly Rate: £13.69 per hour Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with strong numeracy and data management skills? Join our Housing team as a Housing Revenue Support Officer and play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely management of direct debits and rent refunds for our housing tenants. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the Direct Debit process: calculate payments and amend Direct Debits for rent account changes.
  • Process rent refunds: calculate refunds, send claims, and handle refund requests.
  • Maintain efficient rent administration systems, ensuring smooth rent-related operations.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong numeracy and data management capabilities.
  • Excellent planning, organising, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft and Google tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • A team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidentiality and a customer-friendly approach.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in housing finance, direct debit management, and welfare benefits.
