Great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leader in the construction space!!

What will you be responsible for?
- As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be a key part of the commercial team working on projects that range in value from 10m - 40m
- Advising on financial feasibility of projects at early stages
- Organising the division of projects into component work packages for procurement
- Assessing returns from sub-contractors and awarding work packages
- Negotiating with subcontractor supply chain to achieve best value
- Monitoring and measuring actual expenditure against budgeted project expenditure in the form of CVR
What are they looking for?
- Good understanding of both NEC and JCT form of contracts
- Prior experience in acting as the Senior Surveyor for a regional / national contractor
- Experience working on projects 10m+
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to lead, inspire and mentor junior surveyors
