Polytec are looking for a Part Time Order Desk Administrator to assist in collation of shipment records, updating customers with shipping information and general admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a log of export shipments, collating evidence from multiple sources including previous day's log
* Ensure goods are collected by customers and exported within expected timescales
* Chase freight forwarders as necessary
* Share shipment tracking details and serial numbers with customers on a daily basis
* Assist the Order Desk Team with other admin duties
Requirements:
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) required, experience using Microsoft Dynamics / 365 would be very useful
* Good communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and methodical approach
* Minimum GCSE qualifications
* Must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance
* Customer service / order desk or export experience ideal
