Polytec are looking for a hard-working IT Support Technician to support the infrastructure services of a leading communications company based just outside of Waterbeach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritisation and triage of desktop service incidents
* Use of telephone, web and in-person channels to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
* End to end management of support requests, ensuring completion in a timely and professional manner
* Proactively diagnosing reported faults and ensuring resolutions to Hardware and Software issues are dealt with promptly
* Business support for MS365 applications
* Contribute to enhancement projects and engage with team members to aid the Teams performance and deliverables
* Write, review and develop IT procedures and documentation
Requirements:
* Level 3 Information Communication Technician certificate
* GCSE Maths and English
* Familiar with help desk ticketing software
* Entry level work experience in IT service delivery
* First-rate customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
* Keen interest in technology and how things 'work'
