Part Time Administrator

Our client is a family-run leading supplier and manufacturer of high-quality commercial cleaning systems. As well as an established range of stainless-steel trolleys and flat mops, they develop innovative, custom-built products Their impressive customer base spans across the UK and Europe and their experience, technical expertise and manufacturing capability combine to make them a trusted name in the industry.

Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their professional team.


About the Role:

You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all purchase ledger processes
  • Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
  • Negotiating prices and organising deliveries
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • General office tasks


The Ideal Candidate:

If you're detail-orientated, possess excellent multitasking abilities, and thrive in both team and independent settings, our client wants YOU!

It is important that you can communicate effectively both internally with other departments and externally with suppliers to ensure operations run smoothly.

Experience in engineering/manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
