Position: Senior PMO Analyst

As a Senior PMO Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering a groundbreaking embedded finance product for this leading UK-based finance company. You'll bring together all delivery aspects-technology, people, processes, and proposition-into a market-disruptive solution for one of the world's largest corporations.



Role Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project management to achieve timely, high-quality results and support the standardization of project processes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of reports and materials, ensuring clear communication and informed decision-making.
  • Proactively monitor performance to identify and address potential issues, supporting risk and control measures.
  • Drive improvement initiatives within the change delivery model and help implement process enhancements.
  • Design, implement, and monitor governance processes to ensure appropriate oversight.


Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of project management software and tools.
  • Experience in PMO or project management within agile and commercial settings.
  • Strong expertise in project management, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of both agile and traditional change lifecycle processes.
  • Solution-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail, sound judgment, and commercial awareness.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to contribute toward broader program objectives.
