Hours: Part-time / 22 hours / 3 days per week / Wednesday + 2 days (flexible)

Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for your next challenge? I'm recruiting on behalf of my client in Falkirk for a part-time, permanent role with a hybrid working setup-offering a mix of remote and office-based work.

You'll handle the full end-to-end payroll process, including:
* Processing BACS payments, new starters, leavers, salary changes, and variable payments.
* Managing weekly and monthly payrolls for employees across different schedules.
* Handling statutory payments (SSP, parental leave, etc.) and third-party deductions (e.g., DEAs, court orders).
* Managing HMRC downloads, RTI submissions, tax code updates, and student loan deductions.
* Preparing payroll reports and ensuring compliance with NMW and HMRC regulations.
* Assisting with pension administration and manual payment processing.
* Collaborating with HR and payroll teams to resolve queries and support payroll reviews.

What you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll, with end-to-end processing expertise.
* Proficient in payroll software, Excel (including VLOOKUPs), and manual tax calculations.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads in high-pressure environments.
* A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when needed.
