They're a multi-faceted CNC firm specialising in all avenues of CNC'ing and pride themselves on being a 1 stop shop that precision machine for various industries for Oil & Gas, Marine, Subsea and many more!

Due to the consistent growth their seeing year and year, they're looking for skilledCNC Miller Programmerto join them at the HQ!

This a full time role being a 37 hour working week from Monday through Friday paying up to 50k DOE!

Overtime is available at 1.5x Midweek and 2x on Weekends!

Duties

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes to fabricate components according to specifications.
  • Program CNC milling machines (Heidenhian Preferable)
  • Work to engineering drawings with tight tolerances
  • Check and inspect own work to meet quality and company standards at all times
  • Ability to work under own initiative independently and part of a team
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet required tolerances and standards.
  • Handle materials safely in a warehouse environment, ensuring proper storage and organisation.

Requirements

  • Time served or Well Qualified CNC Machinist
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong CNC Programming ability and experience
  • Machined with various metals from standards to exotics
  • Heidenhain (Desirable, not essential)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
