- Examine customer RFQ packs, specifications, and requirements to ensure thorough understanding and accurate costing for DV, PV, and in-process testing
- Develop and maintain Process Flow documentation and Control Plans.
- Gather measurement and attribute data, conduct in-depth analysis, and compile reports to present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading by example, ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System
- Strong understanding of quality systems, measurement techniques, and statistical analysis toolsÂ
- In-depth knowledge of APQP, PPAP and FMEA
- Experience in interpreting engineering standards, component test standards, and testing techniques.
