We are recruiting an Operation Manager to be based at our Larkhall depot.

Operations Manager - Duties & Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing the operational contracts based in Central and Southern Scotland
Scheduling and planning of all works including staff, equipment and monitoring the progress of all the contracts.
Liaising with clients from quotation, through to implementation and completion and to ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the process.
Reporting and processing completed works in preparation for invoicing.
Ensuring staff always adhere to the companies Health & Safety policies.
Auditing works and staff to ensure company protocols are followed and KPI's met
Support the business in its growth and expansion when required

Operations Manager - Duties & Responsibilities

Previous experience in a similar role
Full UK driving licence
Computer literate - word and excel
Track record in the management of staff including annual appraisals, performance reviews, disciplinary meetings etc
Strong organisational skills with the ability to forward plan
A good and confident communicator
