- Extra Hours and Call Out Bonuses
- OTE £38K plus
- Monday – Friday. Typically 5am – 2pm based on a 42.5 hour week at £17.25p/hr
- Call outs are paid at an overtime rate with minimum payment of 3 hours x 1.5 OT rate, or 3 hours x 2 OT rate if called out on a Sunday. Call out is generally one week in 4/5
- Ensuring plant equipment is operating and functioning correctly.
- Proven Electrical/mechanical knowledge ( Electrical Bias)
- Building maintenance.
- Maintaining equipment on a daily basis to ensure it is fit for its intended purpose.
- Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety.
- Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate.
- Completing daily maintenance check sheets and job cards
- Stainless Steel fabrication skills would be an advantage.
- TIG Welding an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to plan workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, commitment, and the ability to accept responsibility are key in this role.
- Will be committed to working within the Company Mission, Vision & Values.
- Food industry experience is advantageous.
- Comfortable working at height.
- Expected salary is £17.25p/hr based on a 42.5 hour week with the opportunity of extra hours and Call Out bonuses
