What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute aContinuous Improvement Roadmapaligned with operational goals.

  • Identify and implementprocess improvementsto enhance performance and meet customer demand.

  • LeadLEAN/process improvement workshopsto generate ideas and solutions.

  • Build relationships with operational teams to champion CI initiatives.

  • Drive change initiatives from identification through to delivery, ensuring cost-saving targets are met.

  • Set theagenda for Continuous Improvementacross the site.

What Were Looking For:

  • Six Sigma qualificationand experience withLEAN tools and systems

  • Strong numerical and IT skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvements
