What Youll Do:
Develop and execute aContinuous Improvement Roadmapaligned with operational goals.
Identify and implementprocess improvementsto enhance performance and meet customer demand.
LeadLEAN/process improvement workshopsto generate ideas and solutions.
Build relationships with operational teams to champion CI initiatives.
Drive change initiatives from identification through to delivery, ensuring cost-saving targets are met.
Set theagenda for Continuous Improvementacross the site.
What Were Looking For:
Six Sigma qualificationand experience withLEAN tools and systems
Strong numerical and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset and experience using root cause problem-solving tools
Ability to train others in lean methodologies
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and business drivers
Experience deliveringOEE improvementsand conductingPareto analysis
