The Role:As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a manufacturing team, ensuring production targets are met with the highest efficiency and quality standards. You’ll actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and create a safe, motivated, and results-driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities:? Supervise and support your team, ensuring adherence to health & safety requirements.? Execute the production plan efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.? Drive process improvements to enhance safety, output, and performance.? Ensure excellent communication across shifts and departments.? Conduct inspections, audits, and report on key performance metrics.? Identify training needs and support team development.? Lead by example and step in for production tasks when required.
What We’re Looking For:Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Knowledge of health & safety and quality control processes.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
