Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with this small but exclusive group of Hotels in in Devon, set in 100acres of beautiful country side we have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

What's involved in this Restaurant Manager role
- To maintain and improve standards of service and develop the procedures within the Food service operation areas whilst training and developing the team.
- To work to a fine dining standard within this prestigious group, which should apply to all food & beverage operations, and to ensure that these standards are continuously maintained.
What's required?
- Previous experience with a 4/5* Hotel
- Resilient, creativity, able multitask and can work under pressure
- Ability to lead and develop their team
- Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time
