Meridian Business Support is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for a full-time permanent position in Launceston, offering a salary range of £44,990 to £61,861.
The role requires a Pharmacy Degree and a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), along with a commitment to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
Key responsibilities include supplying prescriptions, delivering NHS and private services, and providing healthcare advice to customers.
The Pharmacy Manager will also lead, train, and develop colleagues while ensuring adequate staffing to meet customer needs.
Candidates should have a passion for leadership and community support, particularly for individuals at risk of health issues.

This is a full time permanent position across 36 hours per week with a competitive salary range between£44990 - £61861.

The pharmacy is located in Launceston and is convenient for access and commuting.

The key duties of this role are:

Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers
Play anactive role inthe charities support program giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heartdisease, and diabetes.
Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
Utilisea planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so were always there to meet our customers needs.

About You:

Youll have a Pharmacy Degree.
Youll be passionate about leading and empowering a team.
Youll be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme assistance with this provided by the client
