In this role you will provide the payroll for the head office team, stay up to date and ensure compliance and adherence to payroll legislation for all types of staff, ensure accurate payroll is delivered monthly, oversee the payroll assistant who overlooks the rest of the payroll, report into the HR Manager and engage with outside stakeholders including HMRC.

This role would suit an Assistant Payroll Manager or payroll specialist looking to manage a small team and manage the full finance function for a growing business and be accurate and able to deliver monthly payroll for a business of over 400 staff.

THE ROLE

  • Full payroll for head office as well as range of different employees
  • Payroll data analysis
  • Compliance and adherence to all legislation
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure integration

  • Payroll Management inhouse
  • Qualified by experience or partly qualified payroll qualification
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery
  • Based near Leamington Spa
