SF Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively on this exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller to join a dynamic and hands-on environment. This on-site role requires full-time attendance on-site (5 days a week).
The Role:
As Financial Controller, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director and report functionally to the Group CFO. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing day-to-day financial operations such as bookkeeping, cash flow, and reporting.
Managing payroll, audits, and company secretary duties, including tax, compliance, and HR-related matters.
Handling IT, insurance, renting agreements, and administrative tasks.
Leading and mentoring a small finance team.
Ensuring adherence to UK GAAP and IFRS.
What We're Looking For:
A degree and/or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Proven experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
Strong accounting knowledge and financial modelling skills.
Expertise in SAP is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
Advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
