SF Executive are partnered with a highly successful based in Warwickshire who are seeking a Group Financial Controller.

The Group Financial Controller will actively lead the head office finance function which includes consolidation, reporting, transactions, technical accounting support, treasury, audit and tax.

Deliverables
- Technical lead for the group, and the 'go-to' person for accounting advice
- Audit lead for group, taking responsibility for controlling and delivering a clean audit, on time and without issue
- Lead the group consolidation to culminate in an accurate, timely and meaningful reporting pack
- Drive efficiency and cost savings within the finance team and wider business through automation projects
- Manage banking relationships
- Create insightful management information for central head-office cost function
- Providing financial / decision support to CFO

Profile
- Strong technical finance and accounting experience, likely to be big 4 trained
- Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) with a strong academic record
- Group consolidation
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of the balance between technical financial accounting and the commercial world
- Good IT skills, experience with SAP B1 would be an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience of an understanding of privately-owned businesses

This role in located within Warwickshire and will require the successful individual to be based on site 5 days per week (with an adult approach to flexibility).
