In line with the firm's growth plans, this regional accountancy practice require a Senior Accountant based in Leamington Spa.

The Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with clients providing a bespoke service to facilitate their financial needs and requirements. As well as being hands-on in the preparation of accounts, this varied role will allow for exposure into projects such as system implementations, strategic business planning and advisory focused activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of year end accounts and tax returns for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
  • Providing bespoke accounting advice and support to clients
  • Involvement in ad hoc advisory projects

Requirements:

  • A part or fully qualified accountant, ACCA or ACA / ICAEW or equivalent, although QBE's with prior experience in an accountancy firm will also be considered
  • Technically strong and up to date with the latest accountancy standards and requirements
  • IT skills including Excel and any accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, TaxCalc etc).
