Accounts Assistant, Leamington Spa
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices accurately and promptly.
- Organising weekly BACS payments.
- Assisting the sales team with credit card payments.
- Conducting daily bank reconciliations.
- Allocating receipts and payments accurately.
Your Experience Needed:
- Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator
- Strong communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a small fast paced team
- Happy to work 100% onsite
