FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join an award winning & highly rated SME based in Leamington Spa!
Working in a finance team of 5, you'll report into the Finance Manager & be responsible for a variety of duties as listed below.
Suitable candidates will ideally be experienced using Sage & hold either AAT qualifications OR the relevant work experience in a similar role within an SME. The role is office based so applicants must be happy with this arrangement to be considered for the role!
Duties
- Assisting with maintaining Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Supporting the Credit Control processes
- Checking, coding up and entering purchase Invoices / Returns onto the purchase ledger
- Banking information onto accounting system
- Reconciling supplier statements, making payments via BACS
- Dealing with copy invoices and supplier queries
- Reconciling client accounts to trial balance
- Reconciling site cash
- Monthly production of client sales invoices
- Undertaking any other tasks
