We are working with a well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm, who are looking to attract an experienced Conveyancing Post-Completions Assistant to join their friendly team based in Leamington Spa town centre.
The role will involve:
- Providing post-completions support to a busy Residential Conveyancing team
- Preparing correspondence using a legal case management system
- Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
- Opening, closing, storing and retrieving files
- Submitting applications to Land Registry
- Dealing with any requisitions raised
- Updating lenders and lender portals
- Reviewing ledgers
- Archiving files
Suitable candidates will have:
- Previous experience of post-completions matters, within residential conveyancing
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
- A methodical, adaptable approach to work
This a full-time office-based, permanent job working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Home working can be accommodated on an ad-hoc basis.
