Key Duties:
- Customer Service & Account Management: Provide high-quality customer service, manage customer accounts, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Sales Support & Coordination: Manage sales schedules, handle correspondence, maintain records, and facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.
- Reporting & Data Management: Prepare sales reports, analyse data to identify trends, and maintain accurate data in the CRM system (e.g., NetSuite).
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to capitalise on new client opportunities through events and promotional activities.
- Event Participation: Attend sales events and conferences, providing support to the sales team.
