We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our client's team. This role is crucial in assisting our Client Managers to ensure that client expectations are consistently met and that exceptional service is provided at all times. You will need to have a UK Driving Licence and Transport.

Key Responsibilities:

This role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Assisting Client Managers in providing ongoing, responsive support to clients.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure timely receipt of necessary records and reviewing received information for completeness.
  • Managing workflow of job profiles and monitoring their status.
  • Maintaining and updating the internal practice management system to ensure job profiles are accurate and current.
  • Following up with clients for approval and sign-off of relevant documents.
  • Managing client lists to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Generating letters as requested by Client Managers.
  • Gathering overviews and computations upon request.
  • Chasing due diligence records.
  • Completing VAT, PAYE, and self-assessment registrations.
  • Supporting mortgage applications.
  • Handling housekeeping tasks related to Companies House.
  • Submitting dormant accounts to Companies House.
  • Gathering information for professional clearance when a client leaves.
  • Compiling information to be sent to the outsourcing team.
  • Liaising with HMRC on relevant client matters.
  • Performing other ad hoc duties as required.

In return, you will receive:

  • Salary of £28K-£32K (negotiable and dependant on experience)
