Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software is essential, along with a strong understanding of current UK building regulations and construction methods.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- CIAT Accredited or working towards depending on your level
- Sufficient experience post-qualification
- Residential experience is beneficial
- Understanding of current UK building regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of industry standard software
- Keen eye for detail and innovative design flare
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and material
- Confidence to learn and manage projects from inception to completion
