Job Title: Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Engineer

About the Role:
Join our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) department, a key part of the machine delivery process. As aPDI Engineer, you will use your engineering skills to ensure all new CNC machines meet customer specifications by performing thorough inspections and fitting necessary accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections of CNC machines, recording measurements and completing required documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range.
- Address and report any product quality issues to management.
- Perform mechanical and electrical interface work at our workshop and showroom, ensuring all documentation is maintained professionally.
Requirements:
- Must live within commuting distance of Leamington Spa.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation to manage your workload.
- IT literacy is essential.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Mechanical and electrical fitting skills (essential).
- Ability to read electrical drawings (essential).
- Knowledge of CNC Machine Tool Controls (preferred).
