Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £30,000- 39,000 dependent on experience

With plenty of exciting projects on the horizon they are keen for a passionate Architectural technologist to join their successful team in Leamington Spa.
The successful Intermediate Architectural Technologist will have a few years of post-qualification experience, with excellent technical detailing and drawing knowledge and proven experience working on hospitality and workplace projects.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- A HND /HNC or degree in Architectural technology or similar
- A few years of post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
- Working towards Chartership (CIAT member)
- Strong technical abilities
- Job running experience is beneficial
- Preferably have experience using Vectorworks
- Experience in a mix of sectors preferably hospitality, workplace or education
- Capable at meeting project deadlines and manging workload efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations
- Ability to produce high quality detailed technical drawings
- Help to manage the emergent technical team members
- Live locally to Warwickshire / Leamington Spa area
