Position: Sales Executive
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE + Commission
Location: Office Based - Leamington Spa

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Executive to join a dynamic team based in Leamington Spa. This office-based role will focus on account management of matured existing accounts, providing primary internal support to the Sales Director in advancing business opportunities and managing the account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Engage regularly with customers and internal team members via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings.
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Confidently pick up the phone to initiate conversations and gather information from customers.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Director's activities on the road and the internal office systems to facilitate efficient account progression.
  • Accurately record customer requirements to translate them effectively into our bespoke packaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be personable and confident, with a strong motivation to succeed commercially.
  • Some telesales experience preferred.
  • IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience with SAP is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritising tasks effectively throughout the day.
  • Attention to detail and an understanding of customer requirements, particularly in a packaging or technical product context.
