Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in quality assurance? Do you have a strong understanding of ISO standards, complaint handling, and auditing? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!We are looking for a Quality & Artwork Compliance Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring our quality and compliance standards are met. This role involves managing supplier documentation, auditing, non-conformance investigations, and overseeing the artwork approval process to align with customer requirements and industry regulations.

Quality & Artwork Compliance Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance – Maintain supplier accreditation records, ensure documentation is audit-ready, and support ISO compliance.
  • Complaint Handling & Non-Conformance – Investigate customer complaints, gather data, liaise with suppliers, and implement solutions to resolve quality issues.
  • Auditing & Process Improvement – Conduct internal audits, track compliance, and work closely with the QA Manager to enhance processes and meet industry standards.
  • Artwork & Packaging Coordination – Manage artwork approvals, liaise with customers and suppliers, maintain artwork records, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Sample & Product Trials Management – Handle sample requests, track trial processes, and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.

About You:

  • Experience in quality assurance, auditing, and complaint handling within a regulated environment.
  • Understanding of ISO standards and compliance processes (ISO 9001 or similar).
  • A process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP and managing QA documentation (or experience in similar systems).
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
