CRM Analyst

Hybrid - Warwickshire

We're working with a great voluntary youth organisation in the equestrian industry. They are looking to being in a talented CRM Analyst into the team to support the Systems Architect.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the CRM system to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
  • Change Management: Support the Lead Systems and Support Officer by reviewing system change requests and proposing effective solutions for review by the System Architect.
  • Solution Implementation: Develop and test system configuration changes within the release schedule.
  • Third-Party Collaboration: Work closely with third-party developers to ensure proper system support.
  • Feature Testing: Participate in defining and testing new features developed by third parties.

Skills and Experience:

  • PowerApps and PowerAutomate: 1-3 years of PowerApps experience
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and user testing processes.
  • REST APIs: Experience supporting and testing REST APIs.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot issues and raise them when necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Initiative and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
