Customer Support Key Account – Part-time

We are working with a well-established, exciting and inspiring organisation based in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join an engaging and proactive team and develop their career as a Customer Support Key Account.

The successful candidate will work closely with all areas of the business to support the key account customers. The Customer Support Key Account is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the key accounts, processing all orders in a timely manner, highlighting any issues or delays, building strong relationships with your accounts and providing exceptional customer service and support.

Working 8am to 4.00 Monday Tuesday /4.30 and 1pm to 4pm Wednesday.18-20 hours with a degree of flexibility

The Customer Support Key Account responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with delivery companies
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and ensure the customer is aware of delays
  • Ensure authorisations are completed and attach supporting documents to SAP
  • Keep accurate records of correspondence with customers, log queries and complaints via internal systems
  • Support the smooth running of your customers' accounts daily
  • Ensure administration is in line with Group, Company or Statutory requirements.
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Process customers complaints
  • Process discrepancies related to logistics, raise concerns and ensure system notifications are triggered.
  • Maintain communication with customers on query resolution, escalating issues to the Customer Service Manager
  • Provide pricing and delivery information in a timely manner

As such we would expect a Customer Support Key Account to be able to:

  • Have minimum 5 GCESs, including English and Maths
  • Have previous customer service experience.
  • IT literate
