The position offers a pay rate of £20 per hour plus 43p per mile for travel expenses, with a duration of 12 weeks leading to a permanent contract.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role and hold an NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade.

Multi Skilled Tradesman/Operative required to work with Coventry based housing association maintenance team.

I am looking for an experienced and professional multi skilled tradesman/carpenter to join a busy maintenance team.

Work will include carrying out reactive & planned repair work on domestic social housing properties. Repair work will range for a multi skilled tradesman carpentry repairs,1st and 2nd fix carpenter. As well as a patch plastering, tiling and painting.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Warwickshire, Coventry and Stratford Upon Avon

Contract: Temp to Perm

Pay rate: 20 + 43p per mile travel expenses.

Duration: 12 week temp to perm

Requirements:

3 years minimum experience as a tradesman in a maintenance role.
NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade
Full UK driving licence
