What Were Looking For:
  • A motivated and forward-thinking chef ready to push for greater success

  • Experience at Chef de Partie level, working with fresh ingredients, seafood, and fine dining Spanish cuisine

  • Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining precision and consistency

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to stock and cost control

  • A solid understanding of day boat catch and wild catch

  • Commitment to maintaining high health & safety and food safety standards

  • Must have a genuine love for cooking with fish and game birdsand be comfortable tasting and appreciating these ingredients

  • Previous experience in an independent fine dining background is highly desirable
