The successful Sales & Account Manager will work closely with the in-house development team, alongside the business to ensure intelligent solutions are delivered effectively. In addition, the Sales and Account Manager will take responsibility for aiding the growth of the company. They will be the vital link between the business and its users, providing a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic account management, sales and training function.
As a Sales and Account Manager your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Maintaining and building client relationships via Account Management programmeSupplying training to users to improve product usage and understandingNegotiating with customers to renew their licencesIdentifying and upselling areas for further product useIdentifying prospects, arranging demos and following up on leadsAnswering customer enquiriesProviding quotes and negotiating terms to generate salesDelivering onsite/online product training sessions to improve product usage and understanding
