Looking for a Business Development Lead, to triple growth over the next 3 years—and need someone who’s up for the challenge!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop & execute bold growth strategies to expand business services to local authorities, developers, and new markets.
  • Drive revenue growth by attracting corporate memberships, increasing event bookings, and optimising meeting room and podcast studio usage.
  • Lead the application for the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise, enhancing their national brand recognition.
  • Champion digital innovation by commercialising the BOSS (Business Operating System for Success) toolkit and spearheading an AI consultation service for local businesses.
  • Build and maintain key relationships, ensuring the client remains the go-to destination for entrepreneurs, creatives, and business leaders.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in digital product development, commercialisation, and AI-driven business solutions (bonus points if you love staying ahead of the curve in tech!).
