Your Role: What You’ll DoAs the Commercial Manager, you will take the lead in transforming the business through innovation, collaboration, and strategic insight. Reporting directly to senior stakeholders, you will work across teams—Sales, Operations, Finance, and Health & Safety—to ensure profitability and operational excellence.Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
  • Drive Sales Success: Attract and retain clients while delivering exceptional service and maximising profitability.
  • Strategic Oversight: Monitor sales, pricing, and margins to identify untapped opportunities for growth.
  • Lead Contracts: Manage all contractual matters, from initial negotiation through to close-out.
  • Tendering Excellence: Create competitive quotes and tenders, monitoring customer profitability to drive sustained success.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire your team to foster a positive, engaged, and results-focused working environment.
  • Ensure Compliance: Audit processes and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards in line with ISO systems.
  • Streamline Operations: Implement efficient business practices to reduce costs and improve productivity.
You will need:
  • A proven track record in commercial management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with a proactive and commercially focused approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
