The Company

Our client is an innovative and forward-thinking utilities organisation, committed to transforming how energy supply operates. They are looking for an interim Transactional Finance Workstream Lead focussing on a key project ensuring their banking and treasury operations are fit for purpose with a new ERP system.

The Role

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of banking and treasury products. The banking and treasury focus for this organisation focuses on cash allocation, short-term cashflow, reconciliation of bank accounts, general ledger and order to cash processes. This is a critical project role as a new ERP system is being selected and there needs to be a clear view of chart of accounts and transfer of banking and treasury products to the new system.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate that you worked in a transactional finance role with banking and treasury products ideally within a government environment. You will have strong exposure to order to cash (O2C) processes within a shared service environment. Experience working with ERP systems is preferable and the wider the range of systems used the better. Project experience would be very beneficial to lead the implementation of these product areas into the new ERP system.
